As Spring approaches here in Eastern Montana, many of our birds are beginning to move and sing and enjoy the season's change. This photo is a close-up macro of a Flicker's feather which was shed in our front yard. A bit of near 1:1 detail and a bit of abstract imagination makes for a lovely color piece.
